Dressing up

Unlike other genres, dressing up games have no set objective or ending, and are more of a tool to help the player customise a character or avatar, designing their physical appearance, clothing and accessories. The avatars don’t have to be people – they could also be superheroes, animals or monsters!

This makes dressing up games an incredibly versatile tool for your language classroom, as you and your students can turn the process of designing an avatar into a game. You can then use these avatars as the basis of another game.
